Umeå (UME) is located in northern Sweden, with connecting flights through Stockholm (ARN, BMA). Carriers with flights to Umeå are SAS, Norwegian (both through ARN), and Malmö Aviation (BMA).
There is also a train sleeper service overnight from Stockholm with SJ. For scheduling reasons we expect to start on Monday morning at around 09:00 and end on Friday at 11:30. |
|
Accomodation | |
We have reserved 105 rooms in 4 hotels, with prices ranging from 810 to 1026 SEK per night including breakfast and taxes. Please make sure to book before the reservations expire, most hotels in Umeå seem to already be fully booked or reserved for the Hepix week!
Please note that the online booking systems might not honor our reservations, so if you are getting a "no free rooms" response please try email or phone. If you are interested in conference rates on other types of rooms (doubles, suites, prison cells, etc), please contact us.
