Due to a power failure in Umeå on January Friday 7th around 00:10, affecting the University and surronding areas, we lost all running jobs on Akka and Ritsem.

The power came back a little while later and everything is up and running again.

Nwchem 6.0 has been installed on Akka.

Version 6.0 has also been made the default version of Nwchem.

Gromacs 4.5.3 has been installed on Akka.

The 4.5.3 version has also been made the default gromacs version.

R has now been upgraded to version 2.11.1.

This might cause problems with any personally installed R modules. If so you'll need to reinstall them.

Today we are upgrading one of our infrastructure servers, and as a result of that some graphs on the websites will be unavailabe during the day.

Now is everyting back to normal again.
