New location for the HPC2N documentation

The documentation pages has a new server and a new layout. You can find it here: https://docs.hpc2n.umu.se/

On the documentation pages you find information like:

• Using the batch system, including using the new constraint to allocate specific nodes
• Information about the module system
• Using the compilers
• Connection and file transfer guides
• Installing packages yourself (Python, R)
• Using Jupyter
• Linux guide
• and much more

The software pages will eventually also move to https://docs.hpc2n.umu.se/

Information about what HPC2N is, our resources and people, etc. will remain at the main HPC2N website.

The new documentation pages are built with mkdocs.
