The allocations processing will begin again after summer, after 1st August.
The purpose of the LUMI Benchmark and Development calls is to support researchers and HPC application developers by giving them the opportunity to develop, test, optimise and benchmark their applications on the upcoming/available LUMI system prior to applying for a regular LUMI Sweden project.
To apply, you must be a scientist in Swedish academia, at least at the level of assistant professor. Normally previous experience from NAISS Medium/Large Compute projects, or equivalent, is required.
Welcome to the second online coffee-chat with HPC2N!
These informal coffee-chats, "HPC2N fika", are meant for HPC2N’s current and potential users.
It is a chance for you to discuss any HPC-related problems associated with your research and to get advice from HPC2N’s application experts and other staff.
This "HPC2N fika” will be on Thursday, 23 May at 13:00 – 14:00.
We will start with a few updates about HPC2N and our new hardware. After that the floor is open.

HPC2N was one of four local research infrastructures with the potential to become infrastructures of national interest, which was granted funding from Umeå University.
We just opened to apply for two positions at HPC2N, Umeå University.
HPC2N is one of Sweden's leading national supercomputing centers.
