The deadline for SNAC proposal submission is April 18 2011 at 3 PM.
Before submitting your application please read the detailed instructions available at http://www.snic.vr.se/apply-for-resources. Please, check these carefully. Please note that there is a new cluster available at HPC2N.
The on-line proposal system represents unified application forms for all national HPC resources and it is located at http://www.snic.vr.se/apply-for-resources/large-scale-applications
The national application procedure for HPC resources allows for coordinated review of proposals, optimized use of the available resources, as well as a unified application procedure. Note that resources can be requested at one or more centres in the same application.
Proposed projects will be reviewed by the Swedish National Allocations Committee (SNAC), which is responsible to SNIC. The proposals will be evaluated from both a technical and a scientific perspective.
SNAC will issue calls for proposals regarding large scale allocations every 6 months. The present call regards applications for allocations effective July 1, 2011.
Applications for small and medium scale allocations can be submitted at any time to the participating centres using a common format.
For further details see http://www.snic.vr.se/apply-for-resources
