Version 6.0 has also been made the default version of Nwchem.

The 4.5.3 version has also been made the default gromacs version.

R has now been upgraded to version 2.11.1.
This might cause problems with any personally installed R modules. If so you'll need to reinstall them.

The security problem that caused us to close logins to HPC2N systems have now been taken care of. All systems are now open for login again.

Due to a recently disclosed security vulnerability in the Linux system, logins to all HPC2N systems are temporarily disabled for security reasons. Already submitted jobs will continue to run normally. We hope to be able to reinstate access after the weekend.
